This is the second time I booked the apartment for my parents while they visited for a weekend. Great location on a beautiful quiet street in the inner Richmond district, walking distance to GG park and all the shops & restaurants etc on Clement. My parents love that they can walk over in the morning and stop at the famous Cinderella cafe for coffee and pastry on the way to my place. David is a great host, checks in before during and after and is quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Check in / entry is very easy and the apartment itself is great. Highly recommend.
We stayed at David’s place end of July. It was the perfect base for our family to explore San Francisco. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. David went above and beyond to provide everything we needed.
Location is great, just a few steps to Golden Gate Park and Clemens St. This one needs a visit and a dinner!
This house is also conveniently located close to several buses routes, making transportation a breeze. We didn’t have a car (and you shouldn’t in SF!) and travelling around town was fast and easy.

It's definitely an older home so expect that when you are booking it, in case you are very into "clean, new" spaces. It's very lived in so you also need to be comfortable with being inside someone else's "home". David did a great job explaining it in the description so just make sure you read it thoroughly to make sure you are comfortable.

The Jacoby house was a perfect fit for our family of 7. Their beautiful home is perfectly located in San Francisco, close enough that you can quickly get to sights in and around the city, but out enough to be peaceful at night. Check in and out was easy and the home is clean and welcoming . High marks to the Jacobys for their hospitality.

David and Kim’s place is great and a lovely, typical SF home. It is a roomy and beautifully furnished home and they really made every effort to make our stay enjoyable and easy. The location was great with easy access to transport, shops and restaurants. I would not recommend having a car in San Fran in general as parking can be a pain, and Uber’s are great and not expensive.
